Ballbusting is a specific type of CBT that emphasizes testicle rather than cock pain. Today I won’t discuss cock torture, just balls.  I’ll start by discussing safety issues.  These issues include how to gauge the receiver’s physical pain & psychological tolerance for ballbusting in particular as opposed to other impact play, how to safely warm up the receiver, and how novice ballbusters can better sense how hard they’re striking.

Then, since variety is the spice of life, I’ll review the many different types of strikes that can be used, and how one can increase variety even further by delivering these strikes from different angles. Moreover, I’ll discuss the different tactile and psychological qualities associated with these various strikes, and how to minimize safety risks for particular strikes.  Next I’ll review ball squeezing. I’ll start by offering specific strategies to minimize safety risks.  Then I’ll offer techniques for increasing not only levels of physical pain but also psychological dominance.  Finally, I’ll discuss various indicators that a scene is reaching the point of diminishing returns and how to then bring the scene to a satisfying close.
