I don’t know if it needs celebrating, exactly.

Apparently, it’s the one day of the year on which anyone can ask anyone for any sexual content, nudes, and/or actions—at least according to Urban Dictionary.

I’m not so sure that’s a good idea.

And considering that by this time, many of us have been semi-quarantined for over a year now, National Horny Day could be literally every day.

However, it’s fun.

And it’s an excuse to drag out my Tom Waits and give him a listen again. And maybe, just maybe an excuse to ask for and receive some titillating content from people I dig.

And that’s good enough for me.
