Learn To Love Anal: Butt Plugs Insertion & Wearing, Lesson 7

Wearing

People often ask, “How long can I wear a plug?’

I have no idea.

In fact, since there’s been no real studies on butt plug wearing, even doctors will probably not be able to answer that definitely, and I’m no doctor.

Many doctors would, in fact, suggest that you not put anything in your butt—out of prurience or just not having a safe answer.

So, we bring to mind RACBP—Risk Aware Consensual Butt Play again. And pay attention to our bodies and our partner’s bodies. To take it nice and slow. To read and research online and learn from others’ experiences. And to be careful with ourselves and each other.

Starting Slow

I’ve been saying it over and over, and I’ll say it again: don’t rush. There is no need for speed. Take it slow and easy and focus on pleasure.

Wearing a plug is the same.

Start with a shorter period of time: maybe 15 minutes. And do it at home, or where you won’t have to worry if something goes wrong or begins to feel painful or numb, because you can remove it quickly and easily.

Ramp it up over time.

Some people desire to work up to wearing a plug for many hours, even overnight. That’s what I would consider extreme play, like anal fisting, or deep (into the colon) penetration, and I won’t be covering those in this class, as I am not an expert, and there is far too much risk for me.

However, there are communities out there with experienced enthusiasts, and experts who have practiced such things, so by all means, if that’s your desire, find the people and do the things.

A Few Notes:

Vibrating plugs are generally comfortable for shorter periods of time. The vibration on your sphincters can cause fatigue.

The heavier the plug, the shorter time period it will be comfortable.

Larger round bases will inhibit movement and comfort.

Comfort is more important than length of time or size. There is plenty of time to make things happen. Many short training periods working your way up in size and duration will be better than trying something huge in a marathon training.
