Learn To Love Anal: Butt Plugs Insertion & Wearing, Lesson 7

Removal—Instructional Transcript—Single

Welcome to the Couple’s Instructional experience for Learn To Love Anal: Removing The Plug, Lesson 7.

This instructional experience was created for those training themselves in anal pleasure on their own, and is intended to teach you how to touch yourself.

If you are in your bedroom or a play space, you may want to “catch” the plug with your hand covered in a washcloth, and be over a towel or sheet protector.

You could remove the toy over a toilet. Or, try in a warm shower, where any mess is contained and the warm water will help relax you.

It can help to remove a plug right after orgasm, if you’ve had play, as orgasm spasms and relaxes the anus naturally, and it will be easier to slide out.

Let’s get started!

GIVER:

Removing a plug is pretty easy, but just like anything else, you don’t want to rush it. Take it nice and easy.

First, check the plug by wiggling it around, to make sure there is still a comfortable amount of lube in place.

RECEIVER:

Let your giver know how it feels. If there is any discomfort, ask them to add more lube before removal.

GIVER:

If needed, add some lube to the neck and wiggle the plug around to spread the slickness.

RECEIVER:

Let your giver know when it feels nice and lubed back there.

GIVER:

Gently pull out the plug while taking slow and steady breaths.

RECEIVER:

If it feels like you are stretching a bit more than is comfortable, press down, like you are going to “poo out” the plug, while your receiver gently pulls.

Squatting could also help, or pulling your knees up to your chest, if you are laying down.

RECEIVER:

Once the plug is out, take a few deep breaths to center yourself and get used to the empty feeling in your anus.

You may find yourself needing to poo, and that’s natural.

TO YOU BOTH:

You’ve just had a fun experiment with your bum! Take a moment to bond together before getting on with your day.
