Effort Means A Lot…

…since no one ever achieves perfection.

Now, that means real effort, showing results, regardless of how big or small the changes.

It doesn’t count when you simply say, “I’ll try,” then go about your usual way.

But when you put in effort, it shows, and people appreciate it. They know you’ve listened and you care.

And that matters.

Perfection is unreachable, and near perfection can be intimidating.

But effort? That’s gold.
