Learn To Love Anal: Multiple Fingers, Lesson 4

Learn To Love Anal: Multiple Fingers, Lesson 4

Overview

This lesson focuses on girth, and beginning to train the anus to take more than a single finger. You may want to practice this lesson with two fingers and three fingers at different times, or do both in one go. It’s up to you. Please stay aware of how your or your partner’s body is reacting.

The steps are simple:

  • Lube your fingers (two or three). Keep them lubed, to avoid drag.
  • Insert a finger into the anus, moving into and past the second sphincter.
  • Don’t rush. Let them slide in naturally. A tiny bit at a time as the asshole relaxes.
  • Once you feel that the sphincters have relaxed, pull out a bit, and slide the next lubed finger in alongside it.
  • If there is a wince or pain, pause for a moment for the body to relax.
  • Slide in and out gently, feeling the stretching and fullness.
  • Explore with turning the fingers and twisting, and touching with multiple fingers.
  • Enjoy!
  • Let the fingers slowly slide out, still teasing and sliding as it goes.
  • Stroke the outside of the anus in farewell.
  • Take a moment to breathe deeply and remain relaxed as the pleasure fades away.

A Few Notes:

For singles practicing alone, penetrating yourself with multiple fingers may be more difficult than when you were practicing with just one.

You are welcome to skip this lesson, as there will be more insertion lessons coming up.

Or, try it. Feel it, however deeply you can go.

Your body, your experience, your choice.
