We’ve reached the final lesson!

The steps are simple:

• Lube your dildo or dick. Keep it well-lubed, to avoid drag.
• Play first with your sphincter and your taint.
• Tease and stroke softly around the outside of the anus, along the external sphincter, encouraging it to open up.
• As the sphincter relaxes, allow your dildo or dick to gently get sucked in.
• Don’t rush. Let it slide in naturally. A tiny bit at a time as the asshole relaxes.
• If the sphincter tightens, let yourself slide easily back out. There is no need to rush or force anything.
• Repeat with the dildo or dick inside the body, stroking at teasing the inner sphincter, until it slides into the inner sphincter.
• Once you’ve passed that inner sphincter, move the ass around on the dildo or dick, exploring the feelings of it sliding in and out, and around and around.
• Try letting the dildo or dick do the work, fucking into the anus faster and/or rougher, as you choose and enjoy.
• Stroke the outside of the anus with your dildo or dick on a low setting, then turn it off and do the same in farewell.
• Take a moment to breathe deeply and remain relaxed as the pleasure fades away.
