This lesson is different than those you’ve had before.

In this lesson, I’ll walk you through insertion and removal, and give you suggestions for play while you’re filled.

Insertion:

• Lube your plug.
• Play with the anus and prepare it for insertion.
• You may use your fingers.
• Slip the plug along the outside of the anus, feeling it slip in a bit more with each pass.
• Hold the plug in place while settling the ass down on it.

Removal:

• Choose where you’ll take the plug out and prepare for any mess.
• Removing a plug immediately after orgasm is easier.
• Make sure the plug is still well lubed.
• Add more lube if necessary.
• Gently pull it out while taking slow and steady breaths.
